Place is one ride from Hakata by bus..There is a nearby convenience store (Sunny) ..Our stay was a season of Sakura, you don't need to go to a park just to see it ,you can already from the corridor of our floor.

one night at "Hakata" was a wonderful experience. First I was a little bit nervous ... a "hotel without reception"?... but all goes smoothly! They respond quick onto very answer - the electronic checkin is very easy.. just the taxidriver from Fukuoka airport to Hakata was struggeling with the location (maybe the phone number was pointing to another location)? Finally we found it and taxi in the morning at 5AM was just in 6min on airport and charged just 1200Yen. A comfortable and relaxed stay - I recommend to come again! stomo goisei masuzudedenku

Everything I love! It bigger, more conducive, comfortable and definitely more functional than the Okura Hotel! The check in staffs are very helpful, accommodating and efficient! The staffs here care about the comfort of their guests. I would choose them anytime above Okura or Marriott!

It a new apartment you can rent. The bath, kitchen, dining table, utensils are all there. You check-in at any time by using a QR code and a scanner in the hallway. Remember to make a copy of the password and QR code before going there.

The place is not too far from the airport or the city center, it's clean, has all the amenities that you need for a short or long stay and there is even an elevator.

Cleanliness Close to Sunny Supermarket. Host reply to all inquiries Easy to check in, tablet is at the lobby. Complete utensils Near airport so taxi is cheap

Good place, quiet, near supermarket and bus stop. The view is good, we can see the park outside. There are enough facilities to bath, to wash and cook.
